Europe is the next location to be swept by the
e-Commerce/Business wave. It has the on-line critical mass with the right
purchasing power. But how can your company participate. Taught by a European native,
this course will answer the question is how to get there?
The importance of understanding the European environment,
understanding its diversity, understanding the needs from the every-day more demanding
consumers, confronting a fierce competition, knowing the right key-people, are
some of the potential issues you will need to be aware of before
taking your business to Europe.

The “Milleu”

OBJECTIVE:
To build an understanding for the European “millieu”
(environment), this includes practical steps and issues you need to cover before
setting-up your business in Europe. ACTIVITIES:
Interactive discussions exploiting the practical
experience of the participants and exploring their future business expectations.
PREREQUISITES:
At least 3 years of business experience, significant
access to the Web for both e-mail and surfing. Desire to understand the European
ECM Business environment and its complexity. Active participation, as the success
of the course will be determined by your interaction during classes. Even though
the course will be given in English, a second language (potentially French) is
recommended, especially for some reading material.
